COVID Health & Safety

What COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place for the ceremony?

Up-to-date information can be found on the HealthAlerts website.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 or have a recent negative COVID-19 test to visit campus?

It is strongly recommended that all attendees be fully vaccinated (including boosters) or, for those unable to be vaccinated, obtain a negative test for COVID-19 within 24 hours prior to attending any events. Vaccination status and test results will not be verified at the ceremonies. If you feel sick or test positive for COVID-19, DO NOT attend any in person events on campus and stay home.

The main Commencement ceremonies will be livestreamed for anyone who is unable to attend. The DLCL will not be livestreaming or recording our in-person ceremony. We will have copies of the program "Crossings" available for graduates to bring home.

Are face coverings required?

Visitors must comply with the University’s COVID-19 policies. With certain exceptions, face coverings are no longer required but continue to be strongly recommended on-site, regardless of vaccination status.
