The new materia team are thrilled to announce our complete calendar for the 2022-2023 AY! The overarching theme of this years' meetings will be Narratives of the Sociotechnical.
Materia is a DLCL Focal Group on Latinamericanist and comparative anthropodecentric thought.
For our first event this year, we are going to have a screening of Ana Vaz's short documentary film Apiyemiyekî?, with an after-talk by Srdan Keca, from the Stanford Department of Art & Art History. The event will be held on Thursday, September 29, at noon, in Pigott Hall, Rm 252.
Light food and refreshments will be served.
