Susanne Knaeble, a professor in the German Studies department at the University of Bayreuth, will visit Stanford from 02/10-02/21.
Prof Knaeble just started her new research project on travel narratives. In her research she explores through with translational strategies texts render foreign cultures, customs and people to their audiences using the theoretical framework of intersectionality.
