Sarah Prodan Releases Third Studio Album "This Time"
On November 3, 2025, Sarah Prodan released her third studio album titled This Time, a project about release: the desire for it, the pursuit of it, and its approach. Each song offers a meditation on the way of release and what it requires: awakening to possibility (“Something More”), receptivity (“Key of Gray”), faith in the form of patient waiting (“What If”), and radical action (“This Time”). Sarah Prodan's work as a scholar shapes mysongwriting, and the creative life is but another way for her to engage with the subjects she studies.
Prodan had some amazing collaborators on this project who merit acknowledgement and her deepest gratitude. She would like to thank Robert Sibony (orchestration and co-production), Dajaun Martineau (engineering and vocal production), Garrett Duncan (assistant engineering), Bruce Dies (guitar), Michael Peter Olsen (cello), Micajah Sturgess (French horn), Emerson Mancini (mastering), Heather Pirie Hill (co-writer for the song “This Time”), and Kalli Lang (photography). She is also grateful to Eric Rennaker at Westlake Recording Studios in Los Angeles for sharing the magic of Studio D with her and for making the dream of this album a reality.
