After graduating from Stanford with my Comparative Literature degree, I headed east to work at Deloitte Consulting in Strategy and Operations helping Fortune 500 companies implement customer-centric solutions to optimize operational efficiency. After several years in consulting, I returned to school - business school this time - and received my MBA at Harvard. I currently work at American Express OPEN, helping manage the development of new strategies and products to enhance customer loyalty.
